the dawn of a new era in site supervision

clone:it is the ultimate construction site app. As a BIM-based 3D project management tool that is easy to access on a mobile phone or tablet, it is used for both construction execution and construction supervision. It brings the 3D BIM model from the design stage into the user’s field of vision on the construction site using augmented reality and enables instant comparison of what has been designed with what has been built. The tagging of new information in the model or in the image, immediately visible to all users, creates an intuitively readable and state-of-the-art construction site documentation.

The module create brings the 3D BIM model to the construction site. In order to be able to use the 3D BIM model digitally on a mobile phone or tablet on the construction site, it must be prepared accordingly. If the design is only available in 2D, it must be converted to 3D. You can carry out these preparatory steps in our create module.

The module capture brings the built reality to your mobile phone as a 3D scan. With the capture module, you can easily navigate through the 3D scan of your construction site. If you want to see details, zoom in, if you want to know sizes, measure in the image. If you notice something, place a marker with a note in the image.

The module inform helps you to find the relevant documentation for a component quickly and easily: You click on the component and a text field with information on the drawings, documents and reports pops up. The information is linked to the database and you can open the drawing or document with a further click. New information from the construction site, such as product descriptions, can simply be scanned in and added to the database.

In the module compare, you superimpose the 3D BIM model and the 3D scan. You compare visually and recognise immediately if something does not fit. Whether you are the building contractor or site supervisor, the quicker you recognise an error, the less effort it takes to rectify it. You tag the corrective measures defined on site in the model and thus immediately have the necessary documentation ready.

    CREATE

Today, buildings are planned digitally using a 3D model. This 3D model needs to be transferred to a mobile phone in an intuitive way so that it can be used by everyone involved in the project on the construction site. With the module create, you can adapt the 3D BIM model of your construction project so that you can easily bring it into your field of vision on the construction site using your mobile phone or tablet. If your construction design is only available in 2D, we bring it into the 3D world with the create module.

    CAPTURE

Do you want to record your real construction site precisely and see it immediately on your mobile phone in a 3D scan? Preferably in a parallel window next to the 3D model of the building? No problem with our module capture: the built-in scan mode allows you to capture images even of areas that are difficult to access. The 3D scan is immersive: you can zoom in and out, measure or tag localised areas, i.e. provide them with additional information.

    INFORM

The construction site is big, noisy and sometimes confusing. Are you on site and looking for the right drawing? You don't know where your location is on the drawing? You don't know if the drawing you have in hand is the one with the latest revision? There was' a meeting where something was agreed about this drawing, what was it again? With our module inform you have all the information on your mobile phone, linked to the 3D model on a structure-specific basis. One click in the selected layer view and you have the information you are looking for.

    COMPARE

Do you want to check on the construction site whether what has been built is in accordance with what was designed? How do you compare the drawing with reality? You need a tape scale, but you don't have one with you? With the module compare this becomes a piece of cake: You hold your mobile phone to the structure, scan with the function capture, and then superimpose scan and drawing with the function compare. If it doesn't match, you tag the action required to the structure in the 3D model, and immediately it is recorded for the relevant party to see and act.
